Waukesha, the birthplace of guitar savant Les Paul, is often referred to as the “Spring City” because of the fresh spring water that once ran through it. Most of the springs have since dried up or become polluted. If you happen to be in the area, here are a few things you should take time to see or do—like visiting Fox River Park. It’s a beautiful place to spend the day or go for your daily run. During the summer, the park is alive with beautiful flowers and trees.

Looking for a bite to eat or to grab a drink somewhere? Locals rave about Pieper Porch Winery & Vineyard where the sights are beautiful and the wine is outstanding. Favorite area restaurants include La Estacion, Taylor’s People’s Park, and Golden Gate Restaurant. We are proud to call Waukesha the home of our business—it’s rich in history just like our family-owned company.
